Refund policy


Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 7 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

No return authorization is needed.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 128 W Main Ave., Bernie, MO, 63822 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit code will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Items purchased with store credit are final sale. 

Custom products, special orders or personalized items are Final Sale.

Seasonal items are Final Sale, such as Halloween, Fall, Christmas, etc.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale. 

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, etc, will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $8 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted even with included receipt and tag. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Damages and Issues

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please email us at lizabboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not pay for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are also nonrefundable.
