LOCAL PICK UP: Local Pickup and returns are available Monday-Friday from 9AM to 3PM. Once your item is ready, you will get an email that you can pick up your order. Local pick up follows the same timeline as our shipping timeline, posted at the top of the website. Please do not come pick up your order until you have received an email that your order is ready to be picked up.

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA DELIVERY TIME DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!

Shipping:  Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. We currently offer FREE USPS shipping to the continental U.S on orders of $100.00 or more.  Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving.  Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. 

Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days, as this only delays us processing orders. 

                                Typical shipping is 5-7 days 

                                Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address. 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
